These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Donor", "Resident", or "Visitor") and Panukupeta Village Community & Development Initiative, operating through the digital portal panukupeta.family ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our").
By browsing, accessing, registering on, or making online contributions through this Website, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our associated Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our services.
2. User Eligibility
To use the transaction and community registration services offered on this Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into legally valid contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- All personal and payment information provided by you is truthful, accurate, complete, and current.
- Your use of the Platform complies with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
3. Platform Purpose & Village Development Fund
panukupeta.family is a dedicated non-commercial community initiative established to connect native residents, farmers, students, elders, and the global diaspora of Panukupeta Village (Seethanagaram Mandal, Parvathipuram Manyam District, Andhra Pradesh — 535546).
The Platform provides:
- A verified digital family registry and demographic archive for Panukupeta households.
- Village history, agriculture resources, and cultural festival documentation.
- The Panukupeta Village Development & Welfare Fund (గ్రామ అభివృద్ధి నిధి), enabling residents and diaspora to voluntarily pool financial resources for public village welfare projects, including:
- Safe RO drinking water plant installation and maintenance.
- Solar street lighting and village sanitation improvement.
- Merit scholarships, books, and sports equipment for local school youth.
- Temple preservation, community hall maintenance, and Sankranti/Jatara Annadanam.
- Emergency healthcare and disaster relief support for vulnerable village families.
4. Contributions, Payments & Receipts
All financial contributions made on panukupeta.family are entirely voluntary. By initiating a contribution:
- You confirm that the funds utilized for the contribution are from your lawful, legitimate personal or business accounts and comply with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.
- All contributions are recorded in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
- Upon successful completion of the transaction, an electronic confirmation and digital receipt will be generated and dispatched to your provided Email and WhatsApp number.
- Voluntary community contributions are allocated solely toward genuine village development and community welfare works under the supervision of the Village Committee.
5. Razorpay Payment Gateway & Processing
Online financial transactions on panukupeta.family are facilitated via Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-licensed payment aggregator.
- Security: All transactions are secured using bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption adhering to Level 1 PCI-DSS standards.
- Payment Modes: Supported payment modes include Unified Payments Interface (UPI - GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Indian RuPay/Visa/MasterCard Debit & Credit cards, and Net Banking of supported Indian banking institutions.
- Third-Party Gateway Terms: When you execute a transaction, you agree to also abide by the applicable user agreement and terms of Razorpay and your issuing bank.
- Zero Liability for Intermediary Failures: We are not responsible for delays, network dropouts, or failures originating from your issuing bank, UPI server, or telecommunications provider. However, in cases of debits without receipt generation, our team will assist in reconciling the transaction within standard banking timelines.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Submitting false, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading family registry or donor information.
- Using stolen payment instruments, unauthorized credit cards, or fraudulent UPI accounts.
- Attempting to breach, disable, or reverse engineer any security protocol, script, or database associated with the Platform.
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to harvest villager contact details or family registry data.
- Posting or transmitting any material that contains computer viruses, malware, or destructive code.
7. Intellectual Property & Content
All visual designs, logos, custom emblems, village illustrations, Telugu typography lockups, photographs, text, and code featured on panukupeta.family are the intellectual property of the Panukupeta Village Community or used under legitimate community authorization. You may not reproduce, sell, license, or commercially exploit any content from this Platform without prior written consent from the Village Committee.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- "As-Is" Basis: The Platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- Continuous Availability: While we strive for 99.9% platform uptime, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of temporary server maintenance downtimes.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the Panukupeta Village Community, committee members, and web administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this platform.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or contributions made via Razorpay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts situated at Parvathipuram Manyam / Vizianagaram District or the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, India.
10. Modifications & Updates
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changing legal requirements, banking guidelines, or community initiatives. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of the Website after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
