The website facilitates digital community registration, village news broadcasting, and voluntary contributions toward the Panukupeta Village Development & Welfare Fund (గ్రామ అభివృద్ధి నిధి).

2. Mode of Electronic Delivery
Upon successful completion of any online transaction via our Razorpay payment gateway, delivery is fulfilled electronically through:
- Instant On-Screen Confirmation: An immediate on-screen transaction receipt modal showing the Razorpay Payment ID, Donor Name, Amount, Date, and Purpose.
- Email Delivery: An official digital contribution receipt in PDF format and confirmation email dispatched to the donor's provided email address.
- WhatsApp / SMS Notification: An instant automated text and WhatsApp confirmation with transaction reference number dispatched to the registered mobile number.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Immediate Fulfillment: Digital receipts and registration updates are processed automatically by our server and delivered within 0 to 5 minutes of authorization by your issuing bank and Razorpay.
- Offline Reconciled Payments: In rare cases where a bank network delay causes delayed payment webhook notification, electronic delivery will complete within 24 hours once the bank clears the transaction.
4. Shipping Charges & Hidden Fees
Because all services and receipts are delivered electronically via digital networks, there are zero (₹0) shipping or delivery charges. The exact amount you choose to contribute is the only amount billed to your account. We do not charge additional handling, packing, or delivery fees.
5. Delayed or Undelivered Receipts
If your bank account was debited but you did not receive your confirmation receipt within 1 hour:
- Please check your email's Spam / Promotions folder in case automated mail was filtered.
- Verify that the mobile number and email entered during payment checkout were accurate.
- Contact our admin team at ganeshpudi12@gmail.com or via WhatsApp/Phone at +91 9010525248 with your bank reference / UPI UTR number. Our team will verify the merchant transaction log and manually dispatch your official receipt within 24 business hours.
